Basic Submission Instructions:
  1. No logos of any kind on any article of clothing... its about you, not the shoe. (USE A PIECE OF TAPE TO COVER UP ANY LOGOS ON SHIRTS, SHORTS OR SHOES)
  2. No Profanity... but feel free to pop you collar
  3. No Props of any kind... just you, the ball and the basket
  4. No Music in the background... let your move make the noise
  5. You and up to one defender/move assistant in the video only... no extra cheerleaders.
